Getting Started

Accessing the Application

  1. Navigate to the Login Page: Access the Opus Delivery Board application through your organization's provided URL.
  2. Google Sign-In: Click "Continue with Google" to authenticate using your @opusbehavioral.com account.
  3. Access Granted: Once authenticated, you'll be redirected to the main dashboard.

Security Note

Only users with @opusbehavioral.com email addresses can access the application. This ensures that sensitive project information remains within your organization.

Task Subscriptions

Task subscriptions are the core feature that keeps you informed about the tasks that matter to you. When you subscribe to a task, you'll receive automatic daily notifications about any changes to that task.

How to Subscribe to Tasks

  1. Browse Tasks: View the main task table to see all available projects and tasks.
  2. Identify Relevant Tasks: Look for tasks that you're involved with or need to monitor.
  3. Subscribe: Click the "Subscribe" button in the Options column for any task you want to track.
  4. Confirmation: The button will change to "Subscribed" to confirm your subscription.

Managing Your Subscriptions

  • View Subscriptions: Your subscribed tasks will be clearly marked with a "Subscribed" status.
  • Unsubscribe: Click "Unsubscribe" on any task to stop receiving notifications.
  • Multiple Subscriptions: You can subscribe to as many tasks as needed.

Best Practice

Only subscribe to tasks you're directly involved with or need to monitor closely. This keeps your inbox focused and relevant.

Email Notifications

When you're subscribed to a task, the system automatically sends you daily email notifications summarizing all changes. This ensures you never miss critical updates while keeping your inbox organized with consolidated daily summaries.

What Triggers Notifications

Delivery Date Changes

You'll receive an email whenever the delivery date of a subscribed task is modified.

Status Updates

Notifications are sent when task status changes (e.g., from "In Progress" to "Completed").

Email Content

Each daily notification email includes:

  • Task Name: Clear identification of which task was updated
  • Change Type: What specifically changed (delivery date, status, etc.)
  • Previous Value: The old information for comparison
  • New Value: The updated information
  • Change Date: When the modification occurred
  • Direct Link: Quick access to view the task in the application

Data not updating?

Click the refresh button to get the latest information. While email notifications are sent daily, the application shows real-time data when you refresh.

Mobile issues?

The application is fully responsive and works on all devices. Try refreshing the page if you experience any issues.
